What data we process

When signing up for the Daily Card subscription, we process:

• E-mail address - for delivering the daily cash reconciliation.
• IP address and the date of consent grant, to prove consent (Art. 7 GDPR) and protect against misuse.
• Delivery operation records (date of dispatch, delivery status) - for service operation.

Purpose and legal basis

Purpose: sending a daily tarot card with a brief interpretation to your email.
Legal basis: your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. You confirm your consent by clicking the confirmation link in the email (double opt-in).

User profile and interpretation history

If you log in to your profile (using the login link sent to your email), we store your email address, the cards drawn for each reading, and any question you may have written for the reading. The purpose is to display your history of readings (fulfilling the service you requested). Questions may be personal, therefore we do not share them with anyone, do not evaluate them, and do not use them for marketing. Logging into your profile does not in itself constitute a subscription to the Card of the Day.

You can delete individual posts and your entire profile (including history) at any time directly in your profile on tarotmluvi.cz. tarotmluvi.cz/profilThe login session expires after 90 days of inactivity.

Processing time

We process data for the duration of your subscription. You may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing via the footer of each email or by contacting us at our contact address. After unsubscribing, we retain only a record of the withdrawal of consent (for proof) for as long as necessary, up to a maximum of 3 years.

Data recipients (processors)

• Scaleway SAS (France) - service for sending emails (Transactional Email).
• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), website and database hosting. Transfers outside the EU are covered by standard EU contractual clauses.

We do not share data with any other third parties and do not use it for third-party marketing.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• access to the data we process about you
• to correct inaccurate data
• for erasure (right to be forgotten)
• to limit processing
• raise an objection to processing
• on data portability
• withdraw consent at any time (by unsubscribing from the mailing list)
• file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz)

Cookies and tracking

The website uses only technically necessary cookies. Emails do not contain tracking pixels. We cannot see whether you opened the email or what you clicked on (except for the unsubscribe link).

We may update these principles. The current version is always available on this page. We will notify you by email of any material changes.
